基于BIM技术的医院建设方案优化与实践

医院建设目的是为人民群众提供更好的医疗服务,而医院建设方案是决定服务质量的重要因素之一.传统医院建设方案的选择面临着难以满足多方面需求、资源分配不均、周期长和方案过于抽象等问题.利用BIM技术,建立"功能优化—导诊模拟—功能确认—精装修方案比选"的工作模式进行医疗方案的比选,并在北京大学第一医院城南院区发热门诊建设进行实践,减少了方案选择的时间,提升了方案的满意度,为后续医院建设方案的选择提供了实践样板.
Abstract
The purpose of hospital construction is to provide better medical services for the people,and the hospital construction plan is one of the important factors to determine the quality of service.The choice of traditional hospital construction scheme is faced with many problems,such as difficult to meet various needs,uneven distribution of resources,long cycle and too abstract scheme.BIM technology was used to establish a working mode of"function optimization-consultation simulation-function confirmation-fine decoration scheme comparison"for the comparison and selection of medical schemes,and the practice was carried out in the construction of fever clinic in the South Campus of Peking University First Hospital,which reduced the scheme selection time,improved the satisfaction of the scheme,and provided a practical model for the selection of subsequent hospital construction schemes.
