拉萨市医疗设施地域分布及优化研究

摘要
目的 后疫情时代,优化医疗设施空间布局,将有限的医疗资源进行合理分配以提升医疗服务质量与效率是实现医疗机构高质量发展的必由之路.方法 通过收集拉萨市医疗设施分布信息,使用地理信息空间分析技术,对拉萨市医疗设施的地域分布特征及其影响因素进行研究.结果 拉萨市医疗设施空间聚集度较高,主要集中在人口密集的城关区,郊县医疗机构服务范围大,布局较为薄弱.在整体上应加强拉萨市西南方向区县医疗设施配置,向东方向加强区县医疗资源能力储备.结论 拉萨市医疗设施布局主要受人口和经济、交通、政策等因素的影响,需通过综合优化手段,从整体和局部角度提升全市区域医疗保障能力,促进拉萨市医疗服务的均衡与公平.
Abstract
Objective In the post-epidemic era,the only way to achieve high-quality development is to optimize the layout of medical facilities and allocate the limited medical resources reasonably.Methods The geographical distribution of medical facilities in Lhasa and its influencing factors were studied by using geographic information spatial analysis.Results The spatial clustering of medical facilities in Lhasa was high,mainly concentrated in the densely populated urban districts,while the rural medical institutions had a wide range of services,and their layout was relatively weak.On the whole,it is necessary to strengthen the allocation of medical facilities in the southwest direction of Lhasa.and strengthen the reserve of medical resources in the east direction.Conclusion The layout of medical facilities in Lhasa is mainly affected by factors such as population,economy,transportation,and policies.Comprehensive measures should be taken to enhance the city's regional medical security capacity from both a holistic and a local perspective,and promote the balance and equity of medical services in Lhasa.
