目的 通过对新冠防控"新十条"实施后通州急救中心站执行院前急救任务进行回顾性分析,探讨突发疫情对院前急救产生的影响及应对策略,为院前急救系统应对突发公共卫生事件提供参考.方法 收集通州急救中心站2022 年 12 月 7 日—2023 年 1 月 7 日(2022 年组)与 2021 年 12 月 7 日—2022 年 1 月 7 日(2021 年组)的两个时间段急救任务运行指标及疾病类别数据,对两组数据进行统计学分析.结果 2022 年组出车总次数及救护车组数均较 2021 年组明显增长,90 分钟内完成的救治任务占比明显下降(均p<0.05).救援疾病分类中,2022 年组患者的呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病数量较 2021 年组明显增长,而外伤任务占比较 2021 年组明显下降,且差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论 突发疫情对急救工作影响较大,通过优化急救流程、增加急救资源、加强医疗保障等措施,可以提高120救护服务的效率和质量,更好地满足人民群众的需求.
Abstract
Objective Through a retrospective analysis of the pre-hospital first aid tasks performed by Tongzhou Emergency Medical Center Station after the implementation of the"New Ten Measures"for COVID-19 prevention and control,to explore the impact of epidemic emergencies on pre-hospital first aid and coping strategies,and to provide reference for the pre-hospital first aid system to deal with public health emergencies.Methods The first aid task operation indicators and disease category data of Tongzhou Emergency Medical Center Station from December 7,2022 to January 7,2023(2022 group)and from December 7,2021 to January 7,2022(2021 group)were collected,and the two groups of data were statistically analyzed.Results The total number of dispatches and ambulance teams in the 2022 group were significantly higher than those in the 2021 group,and the proportion of rescue tasks completed within 90 minutes was significantly lower(p<0.05).In the classification of rescue diseases,the number of respiratory system diseases and circulatory system diseases of patients in the 2022 group was significantly higher than that in the 2021 group,while the proportion of trauma tasks was significantly lower than that in the 2021 group,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The emergent epidemic has a great impact on the emergency work.Measures such as optimizing the emergency process,increasing emergency resources,and strengthening medical security can improve the efficiency and quality of 120 rescue services and better meet the needs of the people.
