目的 探讨甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积(TyG)指数联合中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞(NLR)、单核细胞/淋巴细胞(MLR)对2 型糖尿病患者冠脉狭窄程度的预测价值.方法 回顾性纳入确诊为 2 型糖尿病且行冠脉造影的患者 200 例,根据Gensini评分将患者分为低狭窄组和高狭窄组,通过收集TyG指数、NLR、MLR等相关指标,分析其与冠脉狭窄程度的相关性,构建多因素分析并绘制ROC曲线,评估相关指标的预测能力.结果 与低狭窄组相比,高狭窄组TyG指数、NLR、男性比例等差异显著,多因素分析提示TyG指数及NLR属于独立危险因素,以此构建联合方程并计算AUC为 0.813.结论 TyG指数联合NLR具有较好的预测价值.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the predictive value of triglyceride-glucose product(TyG)index combined with neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and monocyte to lymphocyte ratio(MLR)for the degree of coronary stenosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 200 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and undergoing coronary angiography were retrospectively enrolled.The patients were divided into low stenosis group and high stenosis group according to their Gensini score.TyG index,NLR,MLR and other related indicators were collected to analyze their correlation with the degree of coronary stenosis.Multivariate analysis and ROC curve were constructed to evaluate the predictive ability of related indicators.Results Compared with the low stenosis group,TyG index,NLR and male ratio in the high stenosis group were significantly different.Multivariate analysis suggested that TyG index and NLR were independent risk factors,based on which the combined equation was constructed and the AUC was 0.813.Conclusion TyG index combined with NLR has a good predictive value.
