目的 建立具有妇儿专科特色的处方前置审核规则库,进一步提升药学服务质量.方法 通过每月对处方前置审核系统初审不合理处方进行不断整理反馈,总结系统审核中存在的问题,优化设置各模块审核规则,并加以运行实践.结果 系统规则优化后,系统初审处方不合理率由 14.25%下降至 6.85%,医师返回修改率由 32.09%上升至66.35%.结论 处方前置审核工作的顺利实施,从处方环节减少用药错误,提高药学服务质量,促进临床安全合理用药.
Abstract
Objective To establish a prescription pre-audit rule base with the characteristics of women and children,and further improve the quality of pharmaceutical service.Methods The irrational prescriptions in the first review of the prescription pre-audit system were continuously sorted out and fed back every month,the problems existing in the audit system were summarized,the audit rules of each module were optimized,and the operation practice was carried out.Results After the optimization of the system rules,the irrational rate of prescriptions in the initial review of the system decreased from 14.25%to 6.85%,and the rate of returning to doctors to revise increased from 32.09%to 66.35%.Conclusion The successful implementation of prescription pre-audit can reduce medication errors from the prescription link,improve the quality of pharmaceutical service,and promote clinical safe and rational drug use.
