人工智能教学病例库在住院医师临床思维培训中的应用

住院医师在面对真实患者时往往由于技能不熟练、患者配合度低等原因导致医患沟通不畅、问诊效率低下,在临床思维培训中也存在不知如何整理临床资料、更有效率地完成诊断和鉴别诊断过程的问题.北京大学第三医院教育处联合信息中心开发人工智能教学病例库,为住院医师提供模拟真实临床场景的诊疗体验和临床思维培训模式.住院医师通过模拟真实接诊患者流程,主动搜集病历资料进行临床决策,逐步建立临床思维.问卷调查和教师访谈结果显示,住院医师对人工智能教学病例库接受度高,教学培训效果好,可以进一步推广.
Abstract
In the face of real patients,residents often have poor doctor-patient communication and inefficient inquiry due to unskilled skills and low patient cooperation.In the clinical thinking training,residents also have the problem of not knowing how to sort out clinical data and complete the diagnosis and differential diagnosis process more efficiently.The department of education and the information center of Peking University Third Hospital developed an artificial intelligence teaching case database to provide residents with diagnosis and treatment experience and clinical thinking training mode that simulated real clinical scenarios.By simulating the real process of clinical reception,residents actively collected medical records for clinical decision-making,and gradually established clinical thinking.The results of questionnaire survey and teacher interview showed that the residents had a high acceptance of the artificial intelligence teaching case database,and the teaching and training effect was good,which could be further promoted.
