摘要

为提高区级公立医院全面预算绩效管理质量,进一步推进精细化管理,宁波某区级公立医院针对现存体系、制度、人员等方面的不足,将医院战略目标与绩效考核相结合,纵向到底、横向到边,层层分解,构建各科室绩效管理目标.通过建立全方位、全过程、全覆盖的长期动态管理考核机制,推动全员参与预算绩效管理,促进医院战略目标实现.

Abstract

develop standardized and scientific nursing follow-up contents,improve patients'self-management awareness and In order to improve the overall budget performance management quality of public hospitals at district level and further promote fine management,a district public hospital in Ningbo combined the strategic objectives of the hospital with the performance appraisal in view of the shortcomings of the existing system,regulations and personnel,and built the performance management objectives of each department.By establishing an all-round,full-process and full-coverage long-term dynamic management evaluation mechanism,all staffs were encouraged to participate in budget performance management so as to achieve the strategic objectives of the hospital.
