摘要
为提升后勤服务质量,后勤服务外包管理模式越来越受到医院管理者的青睐,但技术复杂、专业性强的后勤服务是否外包、何时外包及如何外包等问题,也是医院管理者需要思考的问题.本文通过分析后勤服务外包的优势与不足,以某医院锅炉房管理为例从运行成本、运行安全等角度进行综合分析,研究与医院实际相契合的管理模式.
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of logistics services,the logistics service outsourcing management mode is increasingly favored by hospital managers.However,hospital managers need to think about whether,when and how to outsource technologically complex and professional logistics services.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of logistics service outsourcing,and takes the boiler room management of a hospital as an example to conduct a comprehensive analysis from the perspectives of operating cost and operation safety,so as to study the management mode that fits the actual situation of the hospital.
