摘要
目的 公立医院修缮工程为医院各项工作提供环境基础,也为医院发展提供安全保障,通过投资管理促使医院修缮工程实现成本最低、效率最高、满足患者就医需求、提高核心竞争力的目标.方法 基于价值链理论分析公立医院修缮工程投资控制的基本活动,对投资控制影响较大的事项进行针对性改进.结果 基于价值链理论的投资管理能够帮助医院完善管理的组织架构,促使管理过程更加精细,提高了修缮工程管理效率,促使工程造价更加合理.结论 基于价值链视角能够针对公立医院修缮工程投资控制的关键性工作,提出有效的管理和改进措施,提升了投资控制管理效果,丰富了投资控制的管理理论.
Abstract
Objective The renovation project of public hospital provides the environment foundation for the various work of the hospital,and also provides the security guarantee for the development of the hospital.Through investment management,the renovation project of the hospital can achieve the goals of the lowest cost,the highest efficiency,meeting the needs of patients for medical treatment and improving the core competitiveness.Methods Based on the value chain theory,the basic activities of investment control in public hospital renovation projects were analyzed,and the items with great influence on investment control were improved.Results Investment management based on the value chain theory can help the hospital to improve the organizational structure of management,promote the management process to be more refined,improve the management efficiency of renovation projects,and make the project cost more reasonable.Conclusion Based on the value chain perspective,effective management and improvement measures can be proposed for the key work of investment control in public hospital renovation projects,which improves the management effect of investment control and enriches the management theory of investment control.
