绩效管理作为医院管理的重要组成部分,在医院结构转型、提质增效中发挥着不可替代的作用.随着医疗改革进入深水区和攻坚期,医院为进一步发挥绩效功能促进业财融合,基于精益管理理念,从自身实际出发,立足战略,搭建动态调整、多方协同、分工合作的绩效管理系统,形成医院、科室、员工多层次的全员参与体系.运用质量管理工具,直面国家政策、年度重点工作、业务等变化,持续进行体系和方案的调整与完善.借助信息化手段,建立可视化绩效运行分析平台,通过定期绩效分析与反馈,最终实现医院运营效率及医疗服务质量的双提升.
As an important part of hospital management,performance management plays an irreplaceable role in the structural transformation,quality and efficiency improvement of hospitals.As the healthcare reform enters the deep water zone and the period of overcoming difficulties,the hospital,in order to further leverage the performance function to promote the integration of business and finance,has built a performance management system featuring dynamic adjustment,multi-party collaboration,and division of labor based on the concept of lean management,its own reality,and strategy,forming a multi-level all-personnel participation system of the hospital,departments,and employees.Use quality management tools to face changes in national policies,annual key work and business,and continuously adjust and improve the system and program.With the help of information technology,a visual performance operation analysis platform was established.Through regular performance analysis and feedback,hospital operation efficiency and medical service quality were finally improved.
