目的 探讨建立健全现代医院管理制度,推动医院高质量发展.方法 通过分析国家三级公立医院绩效考核指标,重组院内考核体系结构,实施精细化管理,发挥绩效管理在现代医院管理中的作用.结果 2020-2021年,医院总收入增长7%,门急诊人次增长9.4%、出院人次增长18.1%,手术例数增长17.5%,门诊次均费用下降11.3%,住院次均费用下降11.5%,职工人均福利增长了 8%.结论 医院实施精细化绩效管理对调动员工积极性、提升医院管理水平具有重要意义.
Objective To explore the establishment and improvement of modern hospital management system,and promote the high-quality development of hospitals.Methods To explore the role of performance management in modern hospital management by analyzing the performance appraisal indicators of national tertiary public hospitals,reorganizing the structure of hospital evaluation system,and implementing fine management.Results From 2020 to 2021,the total revenue of the hospital increased by 7%,the number of outpatient and emergency visits increased by 9.4%,the number of discharges increased by 18.1%,the number of surgical cases increased by 17.5%,the average outpatient expenditure decreased by 11.3%,the average hospitalization expenditure decreased by 11.5%,and the average welfare of employees increased by 8%.Conclusion The implementation of fine performance management in the hospital is of great significance to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and improve the management level of the hospital.
