Objective To explore the application value of tele-consultation in pediatrics in grass-roots hospitals.Methods 167 cases of tele-consultation carried out in our hospital from July 2018 to March 2022 were collected,and the case data were retrospectively investigated and statistically analyzed.Results Among these cases,87(52.1％)were critical cases,24(14.4％)were extremely critical cases,48(28.7％)were difficult cases,and 8(4.8％)were general cases.144 cases(86.2％)used remote video consultation,and 23 cases(13.8％)used remote robot bedside consultation.After the consultation,154 patients(92.2％)were cured or improved and discharged,9 patients(5.4％)were transferred to superior hospitals for further treatment,and 4 patients(2.4％)died of disease or their families gave up treatment.Conclusion The variety of tele-consultation methods was conducive to improving the quality of consultation,realizing the local treatment of critically ill and difficult diseases of children,and promoting the construction of pediatric hospital health alliance.
