Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview of all the heads of first-level departments in a tertiary grade-A specialist hospital in Beijing,the cognition of clinical medical technology departments and administrative functional departments of the hospital on legal services and the demand for legal services in medical disputes and non-medical disputes were comprehensively learnt.The survey results showed that the legal consciousness of middle management cadres was improved overall,and the prevention and resolution of medical disputes were the main melody of the demand for legal services in hospitals.At the same time,the need for non-medical legal disputes and legal services couldn't be ignored.Based on the national policy requirements and the actual situation of hospitals,this paper put forward some suggestions and measures to promote the construction of the rule of law in hospitals.The demand for legal services in hospitals had increased significantly,and the role of rule of law construction in the high-quality development of hospitals should be emphasized.
