The implementation of the post management system is an important measure for public hospitals to reform the personnel management system,and is the driving force to activate the high-quality development of public hospitals.In combination with the practice of post management in a public hospital,this paper discussed the problems existing in the post management of the hospital,such as imperfect post management supporting system,unreasonable post structure ratio,insufficient post analysis,narrow post promotion channels,and difficult employment,and put forward solutions for deepening the reform of the personnel system in public hospitals.
