In order to explore the mechanism and path of selection,training and assessment of young cadres suitable for the affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities,and put forward suggestions for the selection and appointment of young cadres,this study took the selection and appointment of young cadres in a tertiary grade-A cancer hospital affiliated to a university as an example,analyzed its current situation of the selection and appointment of young cadres through literature research,qualitative research and quantitative research,and explored the mechanism of selecting and appointing young cadres in hospitals.The research results showed that the hospital attached great importance to the selection,appointment and training of young cadres,and had established a systematic,scientific,standardized,effective and effective young cadre selection and training assessment system and mechanism to ensure the high-quality development needs of the hospital and provide strong cadre and talent support for the long-term development of the hospital.
