At present,the business management systems of the hospital are relatively independent,and the established preliminary analysis system is difficult to effectively support the operation decision.A cancer hospital in Beijing made full use of the existing CDR construction foundation.Starting from the performance appraisal of public hospitals,the hospital built an operation data center and a hospital intelligent operation management platform,and built a data governance and decision analysis system,which had achieved a total synergy of business systems.The construction of operation data center with comprehensive data integration governance,master data management and data analysis and utilization effectively promoted the realization of intelligent operation management and is worthy of promotion.
