In order to improve the efficiency of surgical scheduling and reduce communication costs,the hospital built a scheduling platform based on surgical intelligent appointment.The platform realized the integration of surgery application,appointment and scheduling,optimized the process and improved efficiency.The system adopted a multi-task scheduling algorithm,and the surgical scheduling was regarded as a scheduling problem of a distributed system dealing with multiple tasks.Resource scheduling was carried out according to the doctors'habits,and priority operating tables and time periods were assigned to the chief surgeons according to the number and importance of operations,which were dynamically adjusted.The system included functional modules of operating table allocation,operation application,appointment,scheduling,analysis and system setting.The intelligent appointment system realized automatic surgery appointment and scheduling,improved work efficiency,reduces doctors'standby and overtime hours,reduced operation costs,and shortened patients'waiting time before surgery,which was recognized by clinical departments.
