Objective In order to cope with malicious registration behaviors under the Internet + healthcare model,the hospital has continued to optimize the defense strategy against online scalpers on the appointment registration platform.Methods By analyzing the behavioral characteristics of online scalpers,the defense strategies of the appointment registration platform in terms of user identification,user IP management,platform front-end control,platform terminal management,and reservation fee settlement were optimized.Results After the application of the optimization strategy,the abnormal accounts decreased,the number of cancellations decreased,and the satisfaction rate of patients increased,which effectively reduced the interference of online scalpers to the normal appointment order.Conclusion Under the situation of Internet + healthcare,hospitals should take into account the fairness and convenience of online appointment registration,continuously track and pay attention to the new methods of online scalpers,and take more active defensive measures.
