生物样本库是开展医学科学研究及临床治疗的基础,是促进科研探究创新、诊疗技术的关键所在.我国生物样本库建设仍面临缺乏统一标准、人才建设不足、样本质量不均和资源共享困难等问题,由于没有统一规范的建设标准和管理模式,导致各样本库难以对接整合,增加了共享难度.建设标准化自动生物样本库,可以显著提高样本存取的精准化、流程科学化、环境高质量化等,在一定程度促进样本库资源共享与科学管理,提高样本存取的精准化和流程科学化,促进资源共享与科学管理,提高样本制备质量,提升处理速度并减少出错风险.
Biobanks are the basis for medical scientific research and clinical treatment,and are the key to promoting innovation in scientific research and diagnostic and therapeutic technologies.The construction of biobanks in China is still facing problems such as lack of unified standards,insufficient talent construction,uneven sample quality and difficulty in resource sharing,etc.The lack of unified and standardized construction standards and management mode makes it difficult to dock and integrate various sample banks,which increases the difficulty of sharing.The construction of a standardized automated biobank can significantly improve the precision of sample access,scientific process and high-quality environment,etc.It can promote the resource sharing and scientific management of sample bank to a certain extent,improve the precision of sample access and scientific process,promote the sharing and scientific management of resources,improve the quality of sample preparation,enhance the speed of processing and reduce the risk of error.
