Through the analysis of medical professionals'moral behavior,there are several problems in hospital evaluation,including insufficient channels for collecting basic data,incomplete indicators and a lack of information.In order to solve these problems,the hospital has implemented a comprehensive evaluation system specially designed for evaluating the moral behavior of medical professionals.This system includes a platform that quantifies moral behavior scores and a rating mechanism.It can automatically extract the relevant evaluation index data,automatically calculate the quantitative score of personal moral behavior,and carry out intelligent rating.By using this system,the hospital has realized the objective,quantitative and efficient evaluation of the moral behavior of medical professionals.This not only plays an active role in guiding and encouraging the behavior of medical staff,but also improves the fine management ability of the hospital.
