In the post-epidemic era,the socio-economic,lifestyle and health impacts of COVID-19 epidemic are still being felt.The figures of medical staff who fought against the epidemic and continued to fight during the three-year period are still vivid in our minds.Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital was a typical sentinel unit in China during the epidemic,and in the research conducted by the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions on the topic of"Mental Health Risk Assessment and Countermeasures for Medical Staff in Beijing",the hospital's medical staff were better than the city's participants in the research in terms of stress,depression,anxiety,somatization,detection rate of PTSD,psychological resilience,and post-traumatic growth,etc.The results were better than the average level of the participating hospitals in the city.After further study,it was found that the results were closely related to the long-term attention and action of the hospital's labor union on employees'mental health.
