Objective To explore the design of nursing staff scheduling informatization in the operating room of a large general hospital and its application in the clinic,and to promote the construction of hospital nursing informatization and intelligence.Methods With reference to the traditional scheduling mode in hospitals,the nursing staff informatization scheduling module was designed and developed based on the operating room management system of hospitals.Through information technology,we integrated the staff scheduling module with the personnel attendance system,automatically obtained the information of nursing staff and attendance information in the operating room,and realized the informatization management of nursing staff scheduling in the operating room.Results After the operating room nursing staff scheduling information system went online,the time required for management staff to schedule shifts was reduced,the accuracy of scheduling increased,and the satisfaction of operating room nurses with scheduling increased.Conclusion The informatization transformation of operating room nursing staff scheduling in large general hospitals can not only substantially improve scheduling efficiency,but also enhance surgical quality and safety.
