In order to further improve the management effect of public hospital construction project contracts,and to promote the improvement of hospital governance and rule of law construction capacity.Based on the triple bottom line theory,this paper established an indicator evaluation system based on the three dimensions of economy,environment and society in combination with the actual management of hospital construction contract works,which included 10 secondary indicators and 25 tertiary indicators.Combined with the scoring of each professional,the weight of each indicator was further determined through hierarchical analysis method to further realize the hierarchical classification management of each link of construction contract,while the evaluation results were further tested through management practice.The research results not only enriched the theory and method of construction contract management,but also provided reference basis for construction contract management.
