Objective To explore the transformation strategy of scientific and technological achievements in medical institutions.Methods Patent database and literature search were used to analyze the patents and their transformation of medical institutions in Beijing in recent years,and PEST-SWOT analysis was performed combined with policy texts.Results The number of patent applications and authorization of medical institutions in Beijing was increasing,and the advantages and opportunities for the transformation of achievements were obvious,but there were also certain disadvantages and threats,and the conversion rate needed to be improved.Conclusion Medical institutions should comply with policy requirements,give full play to resource advantages,strengthen industrial integration,enhance the value of achievements and intellectual property operation capabilities,and improve the transformation mechanism.
