In recent years,major public health emergencies have occurred frequently around the world,not only posing a serious threat to people's health,but also posing a major challenge to social stability.As an important position to respond to emergencies,the medical efficiency and service quality of public hospitals are directly related to the success or failure of regional security.With the popularity of the Internet and the rise of social media,medical-related online public opinion events have also shown a high incidence,bringing unprecedented tests to the doctor-patient relationship.It is of great significance for public hospitals to respond to online public opinion,maintain doctor-patient relationship,and improve their social image by analyzing the development trend of medical public opinion in public health emergencies and putting forward targeted response strategies.Taking the COVID-19 and avian influenza as examples,this study analyzes the development of medical public opinion on public health emergencies related to medicine in terms of the overall situation,hotspots and emotional tendencies based on online big data capture,and proposes targeted response strategies to provide reference for public hospitals to deal with online public opinion on public health emergencies in China.
