Objective To analyze the composition and structural changes of hospitalization cost in a psychiatric hospital in Beijing,so as to provide reference for optimizing the structure of hospitalization cost,reasonably controlling medical expenses,and promoting the high-quality development of mental health services.Methods Structural change degree and gray correlation methods were used to analyze the changes in hospitalization costs of a psychiatric hospital in Beijing from 2018-2022.Results From 2018 to 2022,diagnosis,treatment and comprehensive medical services accounted for the highest proportion of the average hospitalization cost.The cost change of western medicine was negative in all annual intervals,while the cost change of treatment was positive and relatively large in absolute value.The structural contribution rate of treatment cost was the largest,followed by diagnosis,comprehensive medical services and western medicine.The diagnostic cost had the highest correlation with the average hospitalization cost.Conclusion Under the positive impact of the healthcare reform,the cost structure is increasingly rationalized.It is necessary to pay attention to the impact of examination costs on average hospitalization costs per capita,and it is possible to enrich Chinese medicine and rehabilitation treatments as appropriate,so as to increase the number of distinctive advantages and promote balanced development.
