Objective To explore the application effect of big data innovation in the field of DRG intelligent management.Methods The big data method was used to monitor and manage the indicators of DRG in the hospital,find out the problems in the DRG management of the hospital,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Results DRG intelligent management can improve the efficiency and fairness of medical fee payment and hospital performance evaluation,real-time display of resource consumption and business efficiency indicators,provide decision-making basis for hospital managers to rationally deploy resources and optimize business processes,and at the same time enhance the quality and efficiency of medical services.Conclusion This study provides valuable thinking and improvement direction for medical management,promotes the application and development of DRG intelligent management,and then provides practical experience for intelligent medical treatment and scientific operation decision-making.
