Neurological diseases are difficult and severe,and there is a great demand for high-quality medical resources outside the hospital or even in other places.Due to its flexibility in space and time,telemedicine has become an ideal tool to help solve the contradiction between the shortage of local neurological medical resources and the growing demand for neurological disease diagnosis and treatment.However,due to the influence and restriction of many factors,so far,this business has not been widely promoted,and there are still many problems to be solved in practice.This paper discussed the related problems in the context of the work of tele-consultation of neurological diseases in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,and discussed the methods to improve the quality and efficiency of tele-consultation from the aspects of personnel,consultation data,process management and each link of the consultation.
