The difficulties and dilemmas of the current party branch discipline inspection committee in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University in terms of their own qualities,working mechanisms,support systems,etc.were sorted out in an evidence-based way.With the help of the AGIL model,measures were taken from four perspectives:adaptation,goal attainment,integration,and latency pattern maintenance.By strengthening political-emotional identification,clarifying work responsibilities and goals,strengthening synergy and resource integration,and improving training and education system,the overall quality and work level disciplinary inspection committee members of the Party branch of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University have been effectively improved,which provides political guarantee for the healthy development of the hospital.
