In order to deeply understand the supervision of integrity risk prevention and control of key positions in a provincial public hospital,the paper analyzed the problems and challenges in the current supervision by means of questionnaire survey and structured interview,and put forward the significance of strengthening the prevention and control of integrity risk and the corresponding solutions in the way of"technical prevention+supervision".The research selected a number of key positions in a provincial public hospital as the object of investigation,through the design of questionnaires and structured interviews,collected a large amount of first-hand information.The research found that the supervision department of public hospitals lacked information technology talents in the prevention and control of the risk of integrity,the degree of institutionalization and standardization of supervision needed to be improved,and the risks of information leakage and tampering could not be ignored.The research proposed standardized management solutions to escort the high-quality development of public hospitals,including"improve the system,get a clear picture,unified scientific planning;check the thesaurus,focus accurately,strengthen node control;sort out the process,formulate forms,steadily promote networking;embed system,standardize the operation to achieve the risk prevention and control".
