摘要
心力衰竭患者生活质量差,且传统治疗所需费用昂贵,从降低治疗费用、改善患者及其家属生活质量方面考虑,姑息治疗近年来获得了良好的效果.姑息治疗通过综合措施,帮助患者缓解症状、减轻痛苦,并提高生活质量.本文通过对国内外心力衰竭姑息治疗的研究及临床治疗措施进行综述,对心衰常规用药和姑息治疗药物合并使用注意事项进行介绍,以制定出更为合理、有效的治疗方案,为患者提供更好的医疗服务.
Abstract
The quality of life of patients with heart failure is poor,and the traditional treatment is expensive.In terms of reducing treatment costs and improving the quality of life of patients and their families,palliative care has achieved good results in recent years.Palliative care helps patients alleviate symptoms,reduce pain,and improve quality of life through comprehensive measures.This paper reviews the research and clinical treatment measures of palliative care for heart failure at home and abroad,and introduces the precautions for the combined use of conventional medications for heart failure and palliative care medications,in order to develop a more reasonable and effective treatment plan and provide better medical services for patients.
