Objective To analyze the effect of three-level analgesia combined with crisis management in emergency trauma patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with emergency trauma admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases each. The control group was given routine emergency trauma treatment, and the observation group was given three-level analgesia combined with crisis management. The hemodynamic indexes, analgesic effects, related emergency indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased in the observation group compared with the control group(p<0.05).The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group increased compared with the control group(p<0.05).Time to diagnosis, emergency to surgery time, emergency to ward time, length of hospitalization, and total incidence of complications decreased in the observation group compared with the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Three-level analgesia combined with crisis management in emergency trauma patients can stabilize hemodynamic indexes, improve analgesia effect, shorten emergency treatment time and reduce the risk of complications.
