The audit of scientific research outsourcing contracts is very important to protect the interests of the hospital.At present,most of the contracts drafted by collaborators have problems such as payment risks,unclear intellectual property agreements,lax confidentiality clauses,unclear acceptance clauses and unclear liability for breach of contract.To address these problems,hospitals need to take a series of measures to improve the content of the contract.This paper takes a tertiary hospital as an example,combines the daily audit experience,reveals the common problems existing in the current hospital research outsourcing contract from the aspects of contract subject,contract content,intellectual property rights,breach of contract responsibility,confidentiality,etc.,and puts forward suggestions to standardize the management of scientific research outsourcing contract,with a view to providing references for the hospital's scientific research outsourcing contract management practice.
