Objective To explore the job security experience of clinicians and its influencing factors,and to provide reference for the development of targeted intervention measures.Methods Phenomenological research was used to select 13 clinicians for in-depth interviews.The interview data were analyzed and themes were refined by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results A total of three themes were summarized:lack of sense of security at work,strong awareness of safety protection,and insufficient safety support system.Conclusion The job insecurity of clinicians is obvious.We should pay attention to the factors affecting the job security of clinicians,formulate targeted measures to improve the safety and security of clinicians'working environment,and stabilize the construction of hospital talent team.
