目的 探讨临床医生工作安全感体验及影响因素,为制定针对性干预措施提供参考.方法 采用现象学研究,选取 13 名临床医生进行深度访谈,访谈资料通过Colaizzi 7 步分析法进行整理分析和提炼主题.结果 共归纳出 3个主题:工作中安全感不足、安全防护意识强、安全支持系统不足.结论 临床医生工作不安全感明显,应重视影响临床医生工作安全感的因素,制定有针对性的措施,提高临床医生工作环境的安全性及安全感,稳定医院人才队伍建设.
Abstract
Objective To explore the job security experience of clinicians and its influencing factors,and to provide reference for the development of targeted intervention measures.Methods Phenomenological research was used to select 13 clinicians for in-depth interviews.The interview data were analyzed and themes were refined by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results A total of three themes were summarized:lack of sense of security at work,strong awareness of safety protection,and insufficient safety support system.Conclusion The job insecurity of clinicians is obvious.We should pay attention to the factors affecting the job security of clinicians,formulate targeted measures to improve the safety and security of clinicians'working environment,and stabilize the construction of hospital talent team.
