摘要
目的 为提高手术标本处置正确率,研发手术标本信息管理系统,并探讨了其应用效果.方法 通过信息化技术和系统来预防和检测潜在的标本近失误因素,由信息人员研发、测试、运用并完善.结果 系统运行后降低了手术标本不良事件发生率,提高了手术标本近失误事件上报率,提高了病理标本固定合格率,缩短了标本固定平均时间,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论 手术标本信息管理系统可体现信息管理系统的优势,运用信息管理系统策略和措施,确保手术标本环节控制保障安全.
Abstract
Objective To improve the correct rate of surgical specimen disposal,develop a surgical specimen information management system,and explore its application effect.Methods Prevention and detection of potential specimen near miss factors were developed,tested,utilized,and refined through information technology and systems by information personnel.Results The system operation reduced the incidence of adverse events in surgical specimens,increased the reporting rate of near miss events in surgical specimens,increased the pass rate of fixation of pathology specimens,and shortened the average time of specimen fixation,all of which were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The information management system of surgical specimens can reflect the advantages of the information management system.The strategies and measures of the information management system can ensure the safety of surgical specimens.
