Since China entered the 14th Five-Year Development Stage,the healthcare industry is facing new situations and new tasks,urging public hospitals to update their concepts and deepen their reforms in the process of seeking high-quality development,giving new functions and requirements to talent management and discipline construction.In view of the actual problems and future needs of talent and discipline management in public hospitals,this paper analyzed countermeasures,adopted precise positioning and scientific and effective methods,and explored the construction of talent and discipline collaborative management mechanism suitable for the development of modern hospitals,so as to promote the steady development of hospitals with high quality in an all-round way.
