DRG付费改革是当前乃至今后一段时间内公立医院运营管理的热点话题.本文通过在公立医院内部成立运营管理团队,整合多学科管理优势,在DRG付费改革背景下,对医院运营的各个环节进行风险识别与质量改进并通过绩效考核、降低耗比、提升门诊工作量三个案例,有效促进了医院运营质量效益的提升,有效促进运营管理团体的成长.
Abstract
DRG payment reform is a hot topic in the operation and management of public hospitals at present and in the future.This paper established an operation and management team in public hospitals,integrated the advantages of multidisciplinary management,and carried out risk identification and quality improvement in all aspects of hospital operation in the context of DRG payment reform.Through three cases of performance appraisal,reduction of consumption ratio,and enhancement of outpatient workload,we have effectively promoted the improvement of hospital operation quality and efficiency,and effectively promoted the growth of operation and management groups.
