In the era of digitization,data has become one of the important factors of production,and one of the key factors to realize data value and make data elements capitalized is the value evaluation of data assets.This paper summarizes the characteristics of hospital data assets,focuses on the evaluation purposes of"internal value-added"and"external efficiency",distinguishes data assets into the development stage,empowerment stage,circulation stage and disposal stage based on the lifecycle perspective,focuses on the value assessment method,and the use mode and evaluation purpose of different data assets to achieve value.This paper also explores the applicability of data asset assessment methods at each stage by studying the most typical features of each stage,so as to promote data assets to play an indispensable role as strategic basic resources and help hospitals to improve their value.
