基于价值医疗的地市级三级综合医院学科建设与实践

价值医疗是深化公立医院改革的重要目标,学科建设是医院高质量发展的核心动力.随着我国公立医院改革迈入"深水区",作为"夹心层"的地市级三级医院学科建设面临机遇与挑战.论文基于价值医疗理念,以十堰市某三甲医院为例,设定契合我院实际的发展目标策略,制定学科建设措施并予以实践,学科建设取得了一定成效,助推了医院的全面、快速、可持续发展,为地市级三级综合医院学科建设提供了借鉴与参考.
Abstract
Value-based healthcare is an important goal for deepening the reform of public hospitals,and discipline construction is the core driving force for the high-quality development of hospitals.As the reform of public hospitals in China enters the"deep water zone",the discipline construction of municipal tertiary hospitals,as the"sandwich layer",is facing both opportunities and challenges.Based on the concept of value-based healthcare,this paper took a tertiary hospital in Shiyan City as an example,set the development goals and strategies in line with the actual situation of the hospital,formulated discipline construction measures and put them into practice.The discipline construction has achieved certain results,boosting the comprehensive,rapid and sustainable development of the hospital,and providing reference for the discipline construction of municipal tertiary general hospitals.
