医院思想政治工作与文化建设融合发展的路径分析

摘要
当前医院人员构成多样、思想多元,思想政治工作面临诸多挑战,有必要创新工作方式,提升工作效果.医院文化建设具有内涵丰富、形式多元的特点,为医院思想政治工作实现新时期、新发展提供了视角.本研究通过分析思想政治工作与医院文化建设两者的内在一致性,提出发挥思想政治引领作用、加强制度建设、理论与实践一体推进、发挥物质文化熏陶作用等思想政治工作与文化建设融合发展的路径.
Abstract
At present,the composition of hospital personnel is diverse and ideological pluralism.Ideological and political work faces many challenges,and it is necessary to innovate work methods and improve work effects.Hospital culture construction is characterized by rich connotation and diversified forms,which provides a perspective for hospital ideological and political work to realize new development in new era.By analyzing the internal consistency between ideological and political work and hospital culture construction,this study proposed a path for the integration and development of ideological and political work and culture construction by playing the role of ideological and political leadership,strengthening institutional construction,promoting theory and practice as a whole,and giving play to the role of inculcation of material culture.
