Objective To explore the impact of coordinated development of hospital environment and culture on hospital quality.Methods Taking a public hospital as an example,the hospital brand image was shaped and a harmonious cultural atmosphere was fostered through the improvement of the general layout and the enhancement of environmental order and landscape construction.Results Through unremitting efforts,the overall environment of the hospital has been greatly improved,medical work efficiency,brand image,comprehensive strength and social influence have been enhanced to varying degrees,creating an environmental culture brand and shaping a good hospital image.Conclusion The continuous efforts and investment in hospital environment and culture construction not only bring about the improvement of the hospital environment,but also play an important role in promoting the hospital's medical work efficiency,cultural construction,brand construction,comprehensive strength,and social influence.These efforts provide useful practical experience and theoretical support for the coordinated development of hospital environment and culture construction.
