Objective To analyze the related factors of suicidal behavior in patients with recurrent depressive disorder and build a risk nomogram model. Methods The clinical data of 137 patients with recurrent depressive disorder from May 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into suicidal behavior group and non-suicidal behavior group according to whether they had suicidal behavior within one month, and the model was validated by 58 patients enrolled from June to October 2022.Results The results showed that history of drinking, history of major mental trauma, concomitant psychotic symptoms, concomitant anxiety symptoms, suicidal ideation, degree of depression, and not taking antidepressant drugs were independent risk factors for suicidal behavior(p<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of the model was 0.913.Conclusion Suicidal behavior is common in patients with recurrent depressive disorder, and the model has good predictive efficacy and clinical applicability in the suicidal behavior of patients with recurrent depressive disorder.
