Objective To explore the current situation of body temperature nursing in liver cancer surgery, and to reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with liver cancer by lean management. Methods The status of hypothermia in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery before the implementation of lean management from March to December 2021 and after the implementation of lean management from March to December 2022 were analyzed, and the incidence of hypothermia in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery before and after the implementation of lean management was compared. Results Before implementation, the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with liver cancer was 1 green card,1 yellow card, and 8 red cards. After the implementation, the number of green cards was 9 and the number of red cards was 1,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion There are many influencing factors of hypothermia in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery.Lean management can intervene these factors to reduce the occurrence of hypothermia.
