Objective To study the effects of narrative nursing in cancer patients.Methods A total of 220 cancer patients from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The relevant data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.The control group was given routine palliative care,and the observation group was given narrative nursing combined with palliative care.The changes of disease perception,quality of life,psychological state,sadness,general well-being,cancer fatigue,psychological resilience and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of disease perception,quality of life,general well-being and psychological resilience of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).The scores of depression,anxiety,sadness,cancer fatigue and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing model inr cancer patients can effectively relieve their negative emotions and improve their perception of the disease and well-being.
