叙事护理在癌症患者疗护中的应用实践与探讨

目的 研究在癌症患者中应用叙事护理的效果.方法 选取 2020 年 2 月至 2022 年 2 月间癌症患者 220 例,回顾性分析患者的相关资料,随机分组,对照组实施常规安宁疗护,观察组则给予叙事护理联合安宁疗护.对两组患者疾病感知水平、生活质量、心理状态、悲伤程度、总体幸福感、癌症疲乏程度、心理弹性及睡眠质量变化情况展开比对.结果 观察组患者的简易版疾病感知水平、生活质量、总体幸福感程度、心理弹性评分均高于对照组,p＜0.05;观察组抑郁、焦虑、悲伤程度、癌症疲乏程度、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,p＜0.05.结论 在癌症患者的安宁疗护工作中应用叙事护理模式,可以有效舒缓其负性情绪,提高其对疾病的感知水平以及幸福感.
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of narrative nursing in cancer patients.Methods A total of 220 cancer patients from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The relevant data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.The control group was given routine palliative care,and the observation group was given narrative nursing combined with palliative care.The changes of disease perception,quality of life,psychological state,sadness,general well-being,cancer fatigue,psychological resilience and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of disease perception,quality of life,general well-being and psychological resilience of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(p＜0.05).The scores of depression,anxiety,sadness,cancer fatigue and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing model inr cancer patients can effectively relieve their negative emotions and improve their perception of the disease and well-being.
