摘要
消毒供应中心作为复用诊疗器械、器具及物品清洗、消毒、灭菌及无菌物品供应的重要部门,其灭菌环节是质量控制中的重要一环,但灭菌效果往往会因为湿包问题而大打折扣.湿包的发生主要与操作人员操作不当及蒸汽发生系统、灭菌设备本身等因素有关,主要体现在器械的干燥检查、包装、灭菌物品装载卸载及灭菌器的规范操作等方面.因此,消毒供应中心要加强各层级操作人员的培训及技能训练,规范落实器械、器具、物品干燥、检查、包装及灭菌操作,熟练灭菌器操作及故障排查,对反复发生的湿包可使用各种质量管理工具进行持续质量改进.
Abstract
Sterilization supply center is an important department for cleaning,disinfection,sterilization and supply of sterile items of reuse diagnostic instruments,appliances and articles.Its sterilization link is an important part of quality control,but the sterilization effect is often greatly reduced due to the problem of wet packs.The occurrence of wet packs is mainly related to improper operation of operators and steam generation system,sterilization equipment itself and other factors,mainly in the drying inspection of instruments,packaging,loading and unloading of sterilized items and standardized operation of the sterilizers.Therefore,sterilization supply centers should strengthen the training and skills training of operators at all levels,standardize their implementation of drying,inspection,packaging and sterilization operations of instruments and articles,and be skilled in sterilizer operation and troubleshooting.Various quality management tools can be used for continuous quality improvement of recurring wet packs.
