全国186所地级市医院人工晶状体管理现状研究

摘要
目的 探讨国内人工晶状体使用现状和管理中存在的问题,为规范人工晶状体的使用、管理提供建议.方法 调查 110 个地市级城市 186 所医院的人工晶状体管理现状.结果 90.86%的医院有盘点人工晶状体库存,频率以每周盘点最常见.不同等级、注册类型的医院在管理科室、物资部是否入驻手术室、配送方式和出入库管理方面的差异有统计学意义(p<0.05).医院性质和注册类型在人工晶状体安装人员和术中是否发生安装损坏的差异有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论 人工晶状体的手术室集中管理比例较高,不同医院之间的管理水平存在较大差异,还需优化库存管理、加强人工晶状体安装培训,加强信息化建设,增加护理人员配备.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the current situation of intraocular lens(IOL)use and problems in management in China,and to provide suggestions for standardizing the use and management of IOL.Methods 186 hospitals in 110 prefectural and municipal cities were investigated for IOL management.Results 90.86%of the hospitals had an inventory of IOL stock,and weekly inventory was the most common inventory frequency.Differences between hospitals of different grades and registration types were statistically significant in terms of management departments,whether the material department was in the operating room,distribution methods and access management(p<0.05).Differences in the nature of the hospital and registration type were statistically significant in terms of IOL installation personnel and whether installation damage occurred during the operation(p<0.05).Conclusion There is a high proportion of centralized management of IOL in the operating room,and there are great differences in the management level among different hospitals.It is necessary to optimize inventory management,strengthen the training of IOL installation,strengthen information construction,and increase the number of nursing staff.
