摘要
目的 以生态系统理论为基础,构建更加高效、安全的住院患者院内转送体系.方法 利用系统理论,对微系统(患者与护士)、中系统(转送人员与医院内部流程)、外系统(物业管理与外部环境)、宏系统(医院整体管理与政策)以及时间系统全面分析,优化医院各系统资源及服务流程,改善转送服务.结果 通过对各系统进行改进,使转送生态环境得到平衡,满足患者转送需求,提高了转送效率,减少转送安全事件的发生.结论 社会生态系统理论在患者转送管理中应用,实现了转送信息的实时共享,有效减少了转送等待时间,提高了转送效率.
Abstract
Objective To construct a more efficient and safer in-hospital transport system for inpatients based on the ecosystem theory.Methods Using ecosystems theory,a comprehensive analysis of microsystems(patients and nurses),mesosystems(transfer staff and internal hospital processes),ecosystems(property management and external environment),macrosystems(overall hospital management and policies),and temporal systems was conducted to optimize the resources of hospital systems and service processes and to improve transfer services.Results Improvements to the systems had resulted in a balanced transfer ecosystem that met patient transfer needs,improved transfer efficiency,and reduced the number of transfer safety incidents.Conclusion The application of ecosystem theory in patient transfer management realizes real-time sharing of transfer information,effectively reduces transfer waiting time,and improves transfer efficiency.
