目的 探讨基于价值导向的绩效考评机制在提高医院住院药房工作效率中的应用及效果.方法 选择 2022 年 4月至 2023 年 4 月(300 例患者,21749 例次药品)期间我院住院药房实施基于价值导向的绩效考评机制后的药品管理及发放情况,及 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月(300 例患者,22654 例次药品)实施前的药品管理及发放情况,比较实施前后工作效率、差错发生、临床科室投诉、临床科室满意度情况及无形成果.结果 实施后,药房工作效率、差错发生、临床科室投诉、临床科室满意度及无形成果均优于实施前,差异比较均有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论 基于价值导向的绩效考评机制可以提高医院住院药房工作效率,减少差错和投诉情况,保障患者安全,提高满意度,还可收获良好的无形成果.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effect of value-based performance appraisal mechanism in improving the work efficiency of inpatient pharmacy.Methods The drug management and distribution in our inpatient pharmacy after the implementation of the value-based performance appraisal mechanism from April 2022 to April 2023(300 patients,21749 medications)and before the implementation from March 2021 to March 2022(300 patients,22654 medications)were selected.The work efficiency,error occurrence,clinical department complaints,clinical department satisfaction and intangible results were compared before and after the implementation.Results After implementation,pharmacy efficiency,error occurrence,clinical department complaints,clinical department satisfaction,and intangible outcomes were better than before implementation,and all differences were statistically significant in comparison(p<0.05).Conclusion The value-based performance appraisal mechanism can improve the efficiency of hospital inpatient pharmacy,reduce errors and complaints,ensure patient safety,improve satisfaction,and reap good intangible results.
