以文化建设推动医院行风建设的路径探讨

摘要
医院文化具有导向性、激励性、凝聚性和约束性,对医院管理起着引领作用.行风建设是医院综合发展的重要组成部分,是提升医院服务质量、增强医院形象、促进医患关系和谐的重要手段.医院文化建设和行风建设相辅相成,良性互动.新时期医院管理者要认识到文化建设与行风建设的内在关系,以文化建设助力行风建设,推动医院健康快速发展.本文以某三级口腔专科医院为例,探讨新时期医院文化建设推动行风建设的有效路径.
Abstract
Hospital culture is orienting,motivating,cohesive and constraining,and plays a leading role in hospital management.Professional ethics construction is an important part of the comprehensive development of the hospital,is an important means to improve the quality of hospital service,enhance the image of the hospital,and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Hospital culture construction and professional ethics construction complement each other and interact positively.In the new era,hospital managers should recognize the internal relationship between cultural construction and professional ethics construction,use cultural construction to help professional ethics construction,and promote the healthy and rapid development of hospitals.Taking a tertiary stomatological hospital as an example,this paper discusses the effective path of hospital culture construction in the new era to promote professional ethics construction.
