目的 应用排队模型计算在核磁检查中的不同排队方式与核磁数量变化对患者的影响.方法 采用M/M/C与M/M/1 模型分别计算排队模型相关参数并进行比较.利用M/M/C模型计算根据患者检查部位的不同选择指定机器进行检查的排队方式的相关参数以及根据不同工作时长与配置核磁数量对相关参数的影响变化.结果 M/M/C模型的排队方式优于M/M/1 模型.根据检查部位不同让患者到指定核磁检查的排队方式会增加患者等待时间与逗留时间以及设备整体的空闲率.若增加核磁数量至 12 台,且医务人员工作时长至 11 小时,则患者的等待时长与逗留时长较目前状态有所下降.结论 应用排队模型计算不同排队方式与核磁数量变化对患者的影响,可为医院合理配置核磁数量以及选择正确排队方式提供数据支撑,为决策者提供参考依据.
Abstract
Objective Applying queuing model to calculate the impact of different queuing methods and changes in the number of MRI on patients.Methods The parameters related to the queuing model were calculated and compared by M/M/C and M/M/1 models,respectively.The M/M/C model was used to calculate the parameters related to the queuing mode of the designated machine according to patient different examination sites,and the effects of different working hours and the number of MRI on the relevant parameters.Results The M/M/C model of queuing was superior to the M/M/1 model.The queuing method of sending patients to a specific MRI depending on examined site increased the waiting time and length of stay of the patients and the overall idle rate of the equipment.If the number of MRIs was increased to 12 and the medical staff worked up to 11 hours,the patient waiting time and length of stay would decrease from the current state.Conclusion The application of queuing model to calculate the impact of different queuing methods and changes in the number of MRI on patients can provide data support for hospitals to rationally configure the number of MRI as well as choose the correct queuing methods,and provide a reference basis for decision makers.
